OH. MY. GOD. This last book has me falling in love with Lucian. I am not the one to fall for fictional characters but out of the bad-ass Morgan brothers and Lucian (their best friend) Lucian ALL THE WAY. Maybe it is because I kind of relate to how my husband is to Lucian. Very closed off and hard to explain his feelings, the way how Sloane was the only one to make him soft and open up is relatable to our relationship. This is the second book of the Knockemout Series by Lucy Score. This book is about Nash and Lina's love story. This is the first book out of three series and I am a huge fan.

By R.F. Kuang, Yellowface is the first book I have read from her. I purchased this book during the July month of Reese's Book Club. I feel indifferent writing this review because I am more of a romance and thriller novel kind of girl. This does not mean I will not read her other novels, such as Babel or The Poppy War.

The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah is my first book ever read by her. I must say, WOW! It is such a great novel to read about WWII. This novel is fiction, but it makes you believe you are reading a true story. However, her research on writing this novel states that some parts is based on actual events.
